Having helped their people think through their learning needs, your managers need the skills and knowledge to progress to the next stage. This means helping the learner develop their learning plan. This video shows how to put together a realistic and achievable plan, using an understanding of the learner's preferred learning style. This ensures that the most appropriate learning experiences are selected.

Managers often encounter awkwardness or difficulties when sitting down with a junior colleague to discuss their development plans. This problem is addressed and we show how a clear series of steps helps to keep the interview positive and focused. Carefully designed to give you maximum flexibility, the programme consists of two videos and a user's guide. The second video contains additional sequences to enable you to explore subjects such as The Learning Cycle, Learning Styles and Tailoring Learning Experiences in greater detail. The user's guide has a self-study section, ready-made workshop sessions and background information to help you plan your training.
