Mark is desperate to impress on a date, so he gets advice from his friend Sofia - who knows how to make a positive impression at work and achieve success.
This program is designed for young people (15 - 25 year olds) who are new to, or recently joining, the workforce in a range of settings where it is necessary for people to be able to make a strong positive impression on others. It will trigger a great discussion about how to be impressive - what works and what doesn't.
This program is an ideal discussion starter for anyone trying to be impressive - on the phone or face to face - going for a job interview, customer service, sales, or making a presentation. The activities are designed to help viewers improve themselves.
