Project Space Colony is a training activity in which task teams make decisions about issues that must be considered in the overall design of a future space station. The activity focuses primarily on the human and social aspects of the project and has been designed to appeal to employees at a wide range of organizational levels. Learning content is structured to improve employees’ ability to solve problems, make decisions, resolve conflict and achieve team consensus.Based on an actual research project by NASA.
